Balder acquires Masmästaren

Balder has today signed an agreement to acquire Masmästaren, and will take the company into possession during the first quarter of 2021.

Masmästaren is a real estate company with properties in Falun/Borlänge, Västerås, Uppsala and Nacka. The portfolio consists of approx. 250,000 square metres, with a property value of approx. SEK 5 billion, which is evenly divided between residential properties and commercial properties.
