Balder has today acquired the property that contains Hedmark University College. The majority of the property is rented to the Norwegian state on a 24 year lease. The building was completed in 2010 and has over 8 000 students.

Balder has during the last years explored the Norwegian property market as we already own properties in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. We hope this will be the first step in becoming an important landlord in all Nordic countries.
