Balder expands with a centrally located property in Norway

Balder has acquired a property in Björvika in central Oslo for approximately SEK 400 million. The property is mainly leased to Forenom on a 13-year lease. The property has been completely renovated by Skanska and is expected to be completed until early July when access is planned. The property has a leaseable area of approximately 8,500 sq.m and consists mainly of corporate housing.
