Balder sells all properties in Tranås, Falköping, Arboga and Köping

Fastighets AB Balder has, in two different transactions, sold all properties in Tranås, Falköping, Arboga and Köping. The lettable area amounts to 221,000 square meters and it has been assigned a property value of just over SEK 2 billion.

Balder's sales exceed book values by approximately SEK 130 million, corresponding to 7% and will be recorded in the second quarter 2017.
