  • Profit from property management before tax attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to SEK 468m (323) corresponding to an increase per ordinary share by 44 per cent to SEK 2.42  (1.68)
  • Rental income amounted to SEK 1,258m (685)
  • Profit after tax attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to SEK 707m (435), corresponding to SEK 3.81 per ordinary share (2.37)
  • Shareholders´equity (incl Collector AB at market value) amounted to SEK 136.39 per ordinary share (72.72) and the net asset value amounted to SEK 170.15 per ordinary share (90.70)   

Profit from property management attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 45 percent and amounted to SEK 468m (323), which corresponds to an increase per ordinary share by 44 per cent to SEK 2.42 (1.68). Profit from property management includes SEK 79m (55) in respect of associated companies.

Net profit after tax amounted to SEK 775m (435). Net profit after tax for the period attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to 707m (435) corresponding to SEK 3.81 per ordinary share (2.37). Profit before tax was affected by changes in value in respect of properties of SEK 625m (402), changes in value of interest rate derivatives of SEK -236m (-179) and profit from participations in associated companies of SEK 81m (51).
