Autumn novelties Fazer Dumle Granola and Fazerina biscuit flour mix will charm everyone
The versatile novelties of Fazer Mills will brighten up the breakfast table, add twist to baking routines and offer more alternatives for those who follow a gluten-free diet. Fazer’s granola range will be complemented with the beloved Dumle and gingerbread flavours. Home bakers can now delight their family and friends with delicious biscuits and moist bread rolls by using the Fazer Leipurit flour mixes, while the Fazer Gluten-free product range will gain several new flake mixtures. The newcomer of marmalade shelf, Fazer Pihlaja, gives new flavour to pastries, and the sweetly spicy Fazer Alku Baked apple enriches the jam selection.
New granola flavours: Dumle and gingerbread
The granola selection at stores is set to expand as Fazer’s new granolas arrive on shelves.
Fazer Dumle Granola 375 g is sure to delight all friends of Dumle! It is a lovely mix of crisp toasted wholegrain oats and milk chocolate coated toffee. Made from first-rate raw materials, the Dumle granola works as a delicacy, snack, easy dessert or baking ingredient. The packaging of this high-fibre product is fully recyclable. Available in stores in August 2022.
Fazer Alku Gingerbread granola 375 g is a new seasonal flavour in the range of Fazer Alku granolas. Its main ingredient is Finnish oats, and it is seasoned with honey, date powder and a gingerbread spice mix. The product is high in fibre and made at Fazer's Lahti mill. Available in stores from August 2022 until March 2023.
New products for baking enthusiasts
The Fazer Leipurit home baking range is expanding to biscuit and bread roll mixes. The flour mixes, packaged in easily recyclable, air-tight packages with a pouring lip, are easy to use, and provide everyone with the opportunity to enjoy freshly baked pastries with next to no effort.
Fazer Leipurit Fazerina biscuit flour mix 350 g contains plenty of wholegrain oats and tastes of dark chocolate and orange. The only thing you need to add to the flour mix is the fat, after which the dough can be shaped and baked. The biscuits are ready in 30 minutes. Suitable for vegans. Available in stores in August 2022.
Fazer Leipurit Rye & malt bread roll flour mix 600 g brings a hoped-for addition to the Fazer Leipurit bread flour range. The package contains enough flour for a tray of bread rolls or two loaves of bread. The bread roll mix includes wheat and rye in various forms, and you only need to add water and yeast to it when baking. The flour mix is also suitable for Archipelago style rye malt bread rolls, in which case you should also add syrup to it. The product is suitable for vegans and has the Produced in Finland label. Available in stores in August 2022.

Those following a gluten-free diet are provided with even more options, as the Fazer Gluten-free product family is growing with delicious new flake mixes. The new porridge flakes are all packed in colourful bags familiar from the Fazer Gluten-free product family. The products are made at Fazer’s gluten-free mill in Joutsa and have both the Heart Symbol and the Produced in Finland label.
Fazer Gluten-free Harvest porridge 450 g responds to consumers’ wishes. The main ingredient in this flake mix is gluten-free oatmeal, in addition to which it contains robustly tasty buckwheat flakes and plenty of linseed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. The product is high in fibre, and the porridge comes together in five minutes. Available in stores in August 2022.
Fazer Gluten-free Tastier oat porridge 600 g contains two different sizes of oat flakes, making the texture of the porridge pleasantly fluffy. The high-fibre porridge is ready after five minutes of cooking. Available in stores in August 2022.
Fazer Gluten-free Berry pie porridge 350 g is a softly spicy mix of porridge flakes rich in berries. In addition to oat flakes, the mix includes blackcurrant and raspberry as well as a hint of both cardamom and vanilla. The product is high in fibre, and the porridge comes together in five minutes of cooking. Available in stores in August 2022.
Classic flavours that lend themselves to many uses
The assortment of jams and marmalades at stores is about to become more diverse: the Fazer Alku range will grow with a lovely new apple product, and the familiar flavour of Fazer Pihlaja is now also available in a form that can be spooned.
Fazer Alku Baked Apple 295 g is a scrumptiously soft apple product seasoned with cinnamon. Its texture reminds of home-made apple jam: there are delicious bits of apple. The product is gluten-free and sweetened with xylitol. No added sugar. Available in stores since June 2022.
Fazer Pihlaja 280 g is an exciting newcomer to the marmalade shelf! The Pihlaja marmalade sweet is Fazer’s oldest product: its production began back in 1895. Since then, its taste has become familiar in both biscuits and pastries, too, and now Pihlaja will also be available in a version suitable for baking and pure indulgence. The product is suitable for vegans and baking. Available in stores in November 2022.
