Fazer brings joy and comfort through product donations

At Fazer we care for each other, as individuals as well as a society. We want to do good for the world around us. As a food provider Fazer has a critical role in the society, and our mission, Food with a purpose, is more relevant than ever. Our priorities are safety of our personnel and ensuring the continuity of our production, so that there is enough bread, porridge, snacks and treats for people. One way for us to be part of peoples’ lives, bringing joy and comfort for the tough times, is through donations. All Fazer businesses in different countries have combined their forces to think of ways to let our products help and inspire people in need.

Fazer products (e.g. chocolate, bread, hard bread, porridge, smoothies) have been donated to health care professionals in number of hospitals, health care and paramedic units. Through our NGO partners we have delivered considerable amounts of products to food aid, elderly people in isolation as well as families in need. As in any other situation, we let our products speak for themselves and are not publishing these donations in more detail in Fazer channels.
