Right now, we’re making a special effort to ensure that people feel safe in our cafés,” says Miika Kostilainen, Managing Director of Fazer Retail Finland.

As our cafés reopen, we are paying special attention to the safety of staff and customers alike. Customer are advised on how to visit our cafés safely on our on our website, in newsletters and next to café entrances. The number of seats has been halved, the customer path has been carefully planned and floors have been marked with safe distance stickers. Plexiglass safety barriers have been installed between cashiers and customers, and we recommend contactless payment. “Soup lunches and brunch, which are among our most popular products, are now served to tables instead of buffet service.
