Fazer Culinary Team’s superb performance wins a place in the final - and a chance for gold

The Fazer Culinary Team Finland performed spectacularly at the gold level in the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. The teams competing at gold level on 24–28 November will be evaluated on Thursday, and the overall winner will be chosen. Finland therefore has a chance of winning gold.

The team’s performance on Monday was self-confident, cheerful and calm, with their team spirit shining through strongly. The team had been preparing for this day for almost two years. Their rigorous training and practice ensured that the team pulled off an excellent, relaxed performance on competition day.

Their delicious cooking won over the jury. As well as taste, the jury also evaluated hygiene, technique and presentation. The Finnish team’s competition lunch was sold out.

The Fazer Culinary Team won gold in the 2016 Culinary World Cup, and it will be seen in Thursday if they can repeat their performance in the lunch series this year.
