Fazer launches Fazer Nordi chocolate in the USA

Fazer shares the flavour of Nordic life and launches a new product line, Fazer Nordi in the USA. Fazer Nordi brand introduces a line of dark chocolate tablets with Nordic taste combinations. Fazer Nordi will be sold in Fairway Market locations in the New York Metropolitan market this month and will later this year expand into other grocery and specialty retailers in the USA and other international markets. During May 21-23 Fazer Nordi will also be featured at Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago.

Fazer continues to develop its business and implement its strategy aiming at growth and internationalisation by launching a new product brand, Fazer Nordi, in the USA. Fazer’s confectionery business has implemented organic growth plans for Sweden and Norway with a focus on chocolate and beyond the Nordics, the aim is to grow in new markets spearheaded by the chocolate portfolio.

Launching this month into the New York Metropolitan Area, the Fazer Nordi premium chocolate brand will introduce a line of Nordic inspired dark chocolate tablets, and roll-out into premium grocery and specialty retailers across the country. Fazer Nordi is a chocolate concept and brand created especially for the North-American market to answer the local well-being trends and demand for dark chocolate, celebrating values expected to resonate well with the people the brand targets.
