Fazer’s Flat breads and wraps – baked with long tradition
Arctic thin bread is a Swedish version of flatbread which has been baked generation after another in northern part of Sweden. “Tunnbröd” as we call it in Swedish, is typically soft, easy to fold and roll and it does not crumble. Fazer Flat breads and wraps can be served as a sandwich or as hors d'oeuvres with fillings and toppings. Fazer Flat breads and wraps are quick frozen right after baking – they are always fresh, have a long shelf life and zero waste. These products are very convenient for Horeca as well.
Fazer Crisp Rye & Fazer Crisp Oat – fascinating combination of deliciousness and healthiness
Fazer Crisps are baked with 100% wholegrain and they are naturally rich in fibre. Baking with sourdough is a unique and natural process lasting up to 20 hours. Enjoy crisps just as they are or with a dip. No additives are needed in the baking and the result is a genuine and intensive taste of rye and oat.
Nordic Veggie Bread and Organic Finntoast – healthy bread baked with sourdough
Veggie Bread
Fazer Veggie Bread is a new kind of bread: the secret of its taste lies in sourdough and share vegetables. More than one third of the flour is replaced with root vegetables and beans, being equivalent to 35–38%. It’s vegan, rich in fibre, contains no additives and is naturally GMO-free. Its available in modified atmosphere package or as frozen.
Organic Finntoast
Fazer Finntoast ® Rye is organic sourdough bread from North. It’s rich in fibre, suitable for vegetarians, preservative-free and naturally GMO-free. And if that’s not enough to fall for this little kernel, it also tastes as good as it is. Our organic Finntoast is pre-sliced, and the round shape makes it ideal for sandwiches and tastes best when toasted. Packed in easy to open and tear apart modified atmosphere package: both sides containing 2 rye thins or 4 slices.
Swedish buns − soft, sweet delicacy filled with tasty cinnamon
Our Swedish cinnamon buns are super soft and have pleasantly mild flavour. Ideal for snacking or as a little sweet treat. These are available with other flavours also, no palm oil used.
Xylitol – made of oat hulls from our own Fazer mill
Xylitol’s industrial production is a Finnish innovation, and now Fazer’s new xylitol factory has started its operations – the plant is the only one in the world to make xylitol from oat hulls, a side stream of Fazer’s own oat mill. As a result, we use this oat xylitol in our own products such as chewing gum and pastilles and at the same time showcase a real example of circular economy.
Oat Rice – Nordic oats turned into a meal
Xylitol made of oat hulls is not Fazer’s only oat innovation. In Sweden, Fazer was awarded the Swedish Food Award 2020 – “Livsmedelspriset” – for its innovative Havreris (Oat Rice). Oat Rice is a delicious and easy side dish to any meal: Use just like rice as a side dish as it is or try in pies, risotto, and salads. It is high in fibre, and source of protein – made of Nordic oats in Sweden and in Finland.
