Spring brings delicious new products that make everyday moments and celebrations even more enjoyable. Fazer’s beloved brands are introducing exciting new flavours and fresh takes on classics, for instance, Karl Fazer Raspberry Yogurt delights soon in pastries. These novelties are in grocery stores starting from January 27.

Puikula Thin Rye 6 pcs 210 g – the market’s first stomach-friendly thin rye bread
The new Puikula Ohut Ruis is a taste-test winner*. This innovation is perfectly thin, wonderfully rye-flavoured, and pleasantly chewy. It is a wholegrain rye bread baked in Lahti using Finnish flour and sourdough starter. The bread is gentle on the stomach** and suitable for a FODMAP diet. Fazer’s patented LOFO™ enzymes reduce FODMAP carbohydrates by 50%, and calcium supports the normal function of digestive enzymes as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

The new Puikula offers a slightly softer texture and a fresh feel to thin rye breads. It contains 74% wholegrain rye, with 10 g of wholegrain per slice. Vegan, soy-free, and high in fibre (11 g/100 g). Marked with the Produce of Finland label. Baked at Fazer’s Lahti bakery from Finnish grain. Available in stores from January 27.

A fluffy and generous graham novelty with 27% wholegrain. Vegan and high in fiber (6 g/100 g). Hyvää Suomesta label. Baked in Vantaa from Finnish grain. Available from January 27.

The popular Reissumies Tosi Tumma gets an upgrade! More rye, more flavour. Each slice contains 13 g of wholegrain. Vegan, soy-free, high in fibre (9.1 g/100 g). Produce of Finland label. Baked at Fazer’s Lahti bakery from Finnish grain. Available from January 27.

Pullava turns 50 and Karl Fazer Raspberry Yogurt shines in pastries

Oululainen Pullava Mustikkainen loaf 300 g
Pullava braids have been baked in our Lahti bakery from the very beginning and still are. To celebrate Pullava’s anniversary, we bring a new taste experience to the coffee table: Pullava Mustikkainen loaf. This traditional hand-braided sweet loaf rests for a long time to develop its rich flavour. Sweet blueberry pieces and cardamom crown the experience. Lactose-free, soy-free. Key Flag Symbol. Fazer Raspberry Yogurt Pastry 2 pcs 130 g
A refreshing mousse pastry with raspberry yogurt chocolate flavour. Cocoa sponge base, raspberry yogurt mousse filling, topped with chocolate glaze and raspberry pieces. Low-lactose. Available from January 27.

Fazer Raspberry Yogurt Cake 400 g
A new frozen cake flavour featuring a dark sponge base and refreshing raspberry yogurt mousse. Finished with a beautiful glaze and vibrant raspberry pieces. Fazer Raspberry Kiss 108 g from bake-off points or 4 pcs/12 pcs frozen packs
A soft doughnut with pink icing and cheerful sprinkles, hiding a rich raspberry yogurt filling inside. Consumers helped choose this flavour. Lactose-free, soy-free, may contain milk. Fazer Lemon Meringue Cake Roll 450 g
Inspired by the classic Lemon Meringue Pie dessert, this cake roll combines tangy lemon with crisp meringue. Lactose-free, may contain soy. Palm oil-free. Available for a limited time from January 27 to April 20, 2026.

Oululainen Pullava Orange-Quark braid 400 g
A fresh seasonal combination of orange and quark. Low-lactose, soy-free. Key Flag Symbol. Palm oil-free. Baked in Lahti. Available from January 27 to April 20, 2026.

Fazer Runeberg Torte 2 pcs 208 g
A traditional classic with moist almond-flavoured dough and a generous dollop of real raspberry jam. Soaked in rum and topped with white icing. Baked since 1975, following a recipe close to Fredrika Runeberg’s original. Available from January 2 to February 5, 2026.

Fazer Gluten-Free Runeberg Torte 2 pcs 155 g
The seasonal favourite in a gluten-free version. Raspberry jam centre, decorated with jam and icing. Flavoured with rum and bitter almond aroma, baked with butter in a gluten-free environment. No almond. Key Flag Symbol. Available from January 2 to February 5, 2026.

Fazer Shrove Bun with jam or almond filling 2 pcs 214 g

Fazer Gluten-Free Seed Bread 3 pcs 165 g
Over half of the flour replaced with nutrient-rich seeds and grains. 100% of the grain is gluten-free wholegrain oats. A good source of protein, fibre, and omega-3 fatty acids.
