Fazer’s beloved classic flavours Dumle and Pätkis can now also be enjoyed in new oat puddings

Two new arrivals will supplement the pudding selection in shops as Fazer introduces its unique vegan novelties Fazer Dumle and Fazer Pätkis Oat Puddings that honour the flavours of the popular sweets. With the new silky smooth puddings, Fazer responds to Finnish consumers’ wishes for expanding the assortment of plant-based dessert products.

The new Fazer puddings combine silky smooth oats with the flavours of two beloved classic sweets – mouth-watering toffee and cocoa familiar from Dumle, and fresh mint combined with cocoa from Pätkis. The puddings come in individual cups, and their soft texture and great taste are perfect for the whole family.

“We are thrilled to launch a new type of product that has been requested by consumers. Our product development has managed to create oat puddings that were given excellent feedback in taste tests. The puddings genuinely taste like the classic sweets, and their texture is really soft,” says Senior Marketing Manager Eeva Salavirta from Fazer Lifestyle Foods. 

Fazer Dumle and Fazer Pätkis Oat Puddings are made in Finland using Finnish oats. Both of them are entirely plant-based and dairy-free products, and they are also suitable for vegans. The oat puddings can be enjoyed as such or used as part of a dessert.

According to a survey¹⁾ commissioned by Fazer, 21% of Finns would like to see more options in the assortment of plant-based dessert products. More than half of the respondents stated that they consume plant-based dessert products on a monthly basis or more frequently. One of the most important criteria for choosing plant-based products is their taste, and this has remained constant year after year. The delicious new puddings respond to this demand very well.

Fazer Dumle Oat Pudding 150 g

Fazer Dumle Oat Pudding, whose red packaging honours that of Dumle sweets, tastes of toffee and cocoa. The pudding has a smooth and perfectly spoonable texture. This dairy-free and vegan novelty will be available in shops as of the beginning of May.

Fazer Pätkis Oat Pudding 150 g

Fazer Pätkis Oat Pudding can be recognised by the same brown and white packaging which is so familiar from Pätkis sweets. The silky smooth oat pudding tastes of pleasantly fresh mint and cocoa. This dairy-free and vegan novelty will be available in shops as of the beginning of May.

The charming Dumle and Pätkis flavours can also be found in vegan oat drinks. Fazer Dumle Oat Drink and Fazer Pätkis Oat Drink can be enjoyed as such or heated, and they can also be used as an ingredient for home-made milkshakes and ice cream, for example.
