Fazer’s new bakery products in May 2018
For the summer season, we are launching a range of tasty and modern rusks and snacks. Fazer Roasted Rye Crisps and Fazer Rye Snacks are delicious just as they are or with a dip. Another new product, Reissumies Tosi Ohut thin rye bread, is a rye bread made in Finland made from 100% domestic rye. We also have several new arrivals for those with a sweet tooth, such as delicious doughnuts in the Ässä Munkix series. Fazer Mansikkapaikka is a delightful strawberry cake for the summertime coffee table.
Roasted thin rye crispbreads are a modern new product for a delicious meal
Fazer Roasted Rye Crisps Melon Seeds, 110 g
Fazer Roasted Rye Crisps Pumpkin Seeds, 110 g
These roasted thin rye crispbreads have seeds on top for an irresistible look. These baked delicacies, made from sourdough, can be enjoyed just as they are, but they also taste great with your favourite toppings or dips. Available in two flavours: melon seeds and pumpkin seeds.
Seeds 26%. The flour used is 100% wholegrain rye flour. The cripsbreads are high in fibre (15%) and protein (12–13%). They are free of additives, and are ideal as part of a vegan diet.

Our rye snacks are a new kind of quick bite with plenty of flavour. There are plenty of delicious seeds, vegetables and herbs on top. The products can be conveniently served straight from the bag.
The flour used is 100% wholegrain rye flour. The baked snacks are made from sourdough and are high in fibre (15–16%), additive-free and suitable for a vegan diet. Available in two flavours: Tomato and Poppy Seeds, and Roasted Vegetables.

Oululainen Reissumies turns forty in 2018
Oululainen Reissumies Tosi Ohut thin bread, 5 pcs, 175 g
In honour of this milestone, the Reissumies product family will welcome a new member, Reissumies Tosi Ohut. Reissumies Tosi Ohut is a hearty rye bread made in Finland from 100% Finnish rye using a genuine sourdough starter. The thinner bread and five-piece packs are also handy for smaller households. No additives. High in fibre (16%)

A new addition to the Pullava family of filled sweet bun loaves
Oululainen Pullava Kinuski-karpalo, 400 g
Sweet and salted caramel, tangy cranberry pieces and roasted oatmeal on the surface – in short, the latest addition to the Pullava range offers the tastes of dessert in a filled sweet bun loaf. Low in lactose.

A simply delicious doughnut with a filling of fruity sweets, topped with a coating a zingy sprinkles. Low in lactose.
