Karl Fazer Milk Chocolate once again Finland’s most valued brand

Karl Fazer Milk Chocolate has once again received first place in Finland’s most valued brands survey. Fazer itself placed third in the survey. Markkinointi & Mainonta magazine and Taloustutkimus run the survey every year. The survey studied how much value Finns place on 998 different brands.

The 2015 top ten most valued Finnish brands are:

2. Fiskars
3. Fazer
4. The Hyvää Suomesta label (the Swan Flag)
5. Lego
6. Arabia
7. Iittala
8. Moccamaster
9. Abloy
10. Joutsenmerkki (Swan Label or Nordic Ecolabel)

Finnish delicacies

Karl Fazer Milk Chocolate is made at Fazer’s chocolate factory in Vantaa, Finland.  Over 95% of Fazer’s confectionery and bakery products sold in Finland are made in Finland. Fazer has 6,500 employees in Finland.

All of Fazer’s confectionery factories and its biscuit factory are in Finland: Vantaa (chocolate products and biscuits), Lappeenranta (confectionery) and Karkkila (xylitol products). Fazer has five bakeries around Finland in addition to over 40 local Fazer in-store bakeries. Fazer also has four bakery shops that sell fresh bread. Fazer has its own mill in Lahti. Fazer has over 600 restaurants and catering service locations in Finland. They include staff and student cafeterias and catering services for schools, daycare centres and care facilities. Fazer has seven Fazer Cafés in Finland in addition to the company’s birthplace, the Karl Fazer Café on Kluuvikatu in Helsinki.
