Sweet treats and filling snacks for the summertime, and new flavours for familiar bread products
Fazer Bakery's selection of summer novelties is plentiful and diverse. The beloved Pullava product family will get three new additions, and a seasonal doughnut will make its return after winning first place in the MyFazer community vote. The Reissumies summer will be supplemented with a new kind of sliced rye bread that won a recipe competition, as well as two delicious new sandwich products. Grilling fans will be particularly interested in the impressive brioche buns that are suitable for hamburgers.

Oululainen Pullava Dallas sweet loaf 400 g
The Dallas sweet bun is a genuine classic, and now this familiar treat will also be served in loaf form. Oululainen Pullava Dallas sweet loaf has a succulent and soft structure like other Pullava products, with a filling consisting of the Dallas quark filling and the caramel baked into the swirls. The Dallas sweet loaves are baked at Fazer's bakery in Lahti. Low-lactose, palm oil free. Available in shops from 23 April 2024.
Oululainen Pullava Strawberry and vanilla sweet loaf 400 g
This summer, sweet bun fans are in for a treat as Pullava releases its seasonal novelty, Oululainen Pullava Strawberry and vanilla sweet loaf. The sweet loaf is fresh as a summer breeze and filled with the flavours of Finnish strawberry jam and vanilla filling. The product is baked at Fazer's bakery in Lahti. Lactose-free, palm oil free. Oululainen Pullava Cinnamon bun 5 pcs 275 g
The Pullava bun product family will gain a new addition with the Oululainen Pullava Cinnamon Bun. The cinnamon bun with its delicious butter filling has always been a favourite among people in Finland, and it is equally suitable for delicious everyday moments and picnics. Lactose-free, palm oil free. Available in shops from 23 April 2024.
Did you know? Finland's most popular sweet loaf brand Oululainen Pullava's products have been completely palm oil free since spring 2023. Fazer is continuously looking for new solutions that can be used to improve the sustainability of its products and production, and sustainable ingredients are an important part of the development work. The palm oil in Pullava products was replaced with rapeseed oil and coconut fat, resulting in buns and loaves that are even more succulent and at least as delicious as before!
Fazer Omar Kakkunen 2 pcs 150 g
The selection of Fazer's Kakkunen small cakes will receive a new addition with the mouthwatering Fazer Omar Kakkunen cakes. The Kakkunen cakes have an Omar-flavoured frosting and a delicious toffee filling. The convenient package contains two small cakes, which makes it easy to take with you to share with coffee. Fazer Sweet Lemon doughnut 105 g
The MyFazer community voted on their favourites among previously sold seasonal doughnuts, and the Fazer Sweet Lemon doughnut was a clear winner. The doughnuts have a fresh green sugar frosting and a sweet lemon filling, making them perfect for the summer season. The doughnuts are baked at Fazer's bakery in Vantaa. Dairy-free. Available in shops from 20 May 2024, deliveries will continue until 19 August 2024.

Oululainen Reissumies Mestarileipuri Rosemary and sea salt 4 pcs 235 g
The Reissumies Mestarileipuri competition was organised for the second time, and this year's winner was the ambitious home baker Nina Åström, whose recipe took inspiration from seasoned breadsticks and focaccia. Nina’s creation – Reissumies Mestarileipuri Rosemary and sea salt – is a delicious rye bread made from a sourdough starter that brings variety to the selection of rye breads. The product is baked at Fazer's bakery in Lahti, like all other rye-based Reissumies products. Available in shops from 23 April 2024.
Fazer Paahto Rustic oat 540 g
The Fazer Paahto product family includes smaller packages as well as larger delicious toast options suitable for the whole family. The selection of these larger products will be supplemented with the addition of Fazer Paahto Rustic oat. This toast is made with oat and rye, resulting in a gentle flavour and a structure that makes the bread crunchy on the outside, but succulent on the inside when toasted. The bread is baked at Fazer's bakery in Vantaa. Available in shops from 23 April 2024.
