The winter’s new products from Fazer Bakery: The new Fazer Lemppari Thin Potato Bread and Toast Bread Roll, Dumle doughnuts and gluten-free Berliner doughnuts guarantee a tasty spring
This winter is going to be tastier than ever: the shops are full of the new flavours that our new savoury and sweet products bring. The popular Fazer Lemppari bread family has grown with the addition of succulent Thin Potato Bread and Toast Bread Roll, and the new REAL portion bread made of 100% wholegrain oat adds energy to everyday life. Dumle doughnuts are taking over the doughnut bar. A forever favourite, the Berliner doughnut will be available also as a gluten-free version, and seasonal treats are on their way.
New additions to the Lemppari family
Fazer Lemppari Thin Potato Bread 12 pieces 310 g
The new Fazer Lemppari Thin Potato Bread is a soft new flatbread with a lovely moist texture and potato flavour. It contains plenty of delicious wholegrain oat and only a little salt (0.8 g). Like the Fazer Lemppari Thin Oat Bread, which is a favourite from the same bread family, the Thin Potato Bread is baked with rested oats, which makes it especially soft. Available in shops from 31/01/2022.
The delicious Fazer Lemppari Toast Bread Rolls are designed to be toasted
Ready-cut rolls slip into your toaster nicely and there take on a beautifully brown and crunchy surface without losing any of their plumpness and softness. Both options include wholegrain oats, which add a gentle taste to the rolls. The rolls are low in salt (0.8 g). Available in shops from 31/01/2022.
Fazer Lemppari Toast Bread Roll Carrot and Oat 6 pcs 330 g
Fazer Lemppari Toast Bread Roll Carrot and Oat gets it gentle flavour from carrots and oat: of the toast bread roll’s ingredients, 3% is carrot juice concentrate, which corresponds to over a third (37%) of fresh carrot. A total of 14% of Toast Bread Roll’s grain content is wholegrain oat. Children love this!*

Germinated oat grains add a delicious flavour and structure to the Fazer Lemppari Soft Oat with Grains. A total of 26% of this adult favourite bread’s grain content is wholegrain oat.

Fazer REAL Wholegrain Portion Bread 100% Oat
The pioneer in healthy bread Fazer REAL baked a new bread: REAL Wholegrain Portion Bread 100% Oat is a healthy** and delicious portion bread made of 100% wholegrain oat. This bread has been awarded the Finnish Heart Association's Heart Symbol, and it has a moist texture with plenty of grains and seeds, like you would expect from REAL. The unique scalded oat grains add a lovely texture, structure and flavour to the bread without forgetting the extremely beneficial nutritional values of wholegrain. Available in shops from 31/01/2022.
Fazer Kiireetön Barleycorn Bread 400 g, from bake-off units
Fazer Kiireetön Barleycorn Bread is a delicious bake-off bread with a lovely soft inside and a crunchy crust. Each bread has got its gentle and tasty barley flavour during a long resting time, and loaves are scored manually to add a finishing touch. A total of 23% of this new bread’s grain content is wholegrain barley. Dairy-free, lactose-free, additive-free.
Fazer Kiireetön Oat Grain Ciabatta 75 g, from bake-off units
This delicious artisan roll is baked taking all the time in the world, just like all the Fazer Kiireetön products. This roll has a soft elasticity typical of ciabattas and a fluffy, light inside. The delicious flavour comes from the dough’s long resting time. The product contains soft but distinguishable oat grains that add a gentle oat flavour to the product. A total of 18% of the roll’s grain content is wholegrain oat. Lactose-free, high in salt.

Fazer Runebergintorttu small cakes bring together delightful flavours and a succulently delicious texture, which is born from the batter containing crushed almonds and the rum used for moistening.
