We are bringing new premium-quality Fazer Kiireetön bread to bake-off units around Finland for friends of artisan bread to enjoy. Thin bread is becoming more popular in Finland and Oululainen Jälkiuuni is following trend: it is now thinner but still baked at a traditionally low temperature. This winter Finland's most popular rice pasties have an oat crust and families with children are introduced to a new oaty flatbread, Lemppari Kaurarieskanen.

Fazer Kiireetön brings premium-quality bake-off bread to Finnish local shops

Fazer Kiireetön bread always has a crisp crust, a succulent centre and a delicious taste – not forgetting its artisan appearance. The bread in the Kiireetön product family are made with a sourdough starter and given a long resting time before they are baked slowly and gently. Fazer Kiireetön bread takes plenty of time to make – the baking process takes up to 24 hours. The water content of the dough is higher than usual, which makes the bread particularly succulent. It also keeps for longer at home. Perfect for the Finnish taste, Fazer Kiireetön bread is baked from grain grown in Finland, with no additives. All loaves are hand-finished by a baker.

Fazer Kiireetön loaves have been available at bake-off units at shops around Finland and selected Fazer in-store bakeries since the beginning of January. Check out all five crusty loaves:
