Flowscape expands in New Zealand

A large global consulting company expanding their Flowscape installation with two new offices in New Zealand. The solution contains room and desk booking as well as a powerful space utilization analytics tool. The total order value is 63,000 NZD (SEK 370,000) the first year and thereafter 17,000 NZD (SEK 100,000 ) annually.

“A few months ago, we installed our solution at the customer's office in Hamilton, New Zealand. We see it as a fantastic confirmation that the customer is satisfied with the solution when they now choose to install the solution in two more offices.” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.

The customer has previously installed Flowscape's room and desk booking solutions at their office in Hamilton, New Zealand. Now they have decided to expand the solution to the offices in Wellington and Petone. They have chosen Flowscape's solution with sensors in the rooms and desk dongles on the desks, for automatic booking when you enter the rooms or sit down at a workplace. Users will be able to use the system via their mobile phones or laptops. It has also been important for this customer to accurately measure the utilization of rooms and workplaces. This is to be able to understand how the spaces are used after the pandemic, when many employees continue to work from home a few days a week. The occupancy in the office is expected to decline and this creates an opportunity to reduce office space and save rental costs.
