Flowscape receives expansion order with global customer

A large global customer is expanding its installation to meet the hybrid way of working by expanding Flowscape's solution to additional offices and more users. The order value for the first year is SEK 1,220,000 (111,000 Euro) and thereafter SEK 77,400 (7,002 Euro) annually recurring.

"We have been working with the customer since 2016 and supporting them in different phases. Before the pandemic, there was a great focus on solutions for efficient room booking, during the pandemic the interest changed more towards solutions for social distancing and now the focus is on making the new hybrid way of working work. The customer is now implementing desk booking in even more offices and they will also implement our FlowPlanner solution, where employees can easily and visually plan the week together. Statistics are also of great importance, as the customer is facing a major global change in their office to adapt them to the new needs of the hybrid way of working. For this, our advanced statistics module will help the customer make optimization decisions", says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.

The installation at the customer currently includes 170 buildings, 8,500 meeting rooms and 70,000 workplaces in 56 countries and the system is used daily by 17,000 users. This is probably one of the world's largest smart office installations including room booking, hotdesking, parking space booking, interactive maps, sensors and indoor positioning.

This order is for installation services and additional user licenses.
