Flowscape wins order for seven offices in the UK

A British customer has selected Flowscape Room and Desk Booking solution for seven offices in the UK.  Desk booking is an important part of the customers strategy for safe and controlled return to the office. The order value in the first year is 350,000 SEK and thereafter 175,000 SEK annually.

“Our business in the UK is developing very positively and there is a great demand for digital solutions supporting and manage a safe return to the office. The customer decided for a pure software solution for their seven offices in the UK. The solution includes room booking, desk booking, blocking of desks, marking of used desks cleaning and analytics for how many employees that has been in the office. The employees also will fill in a self-assessment health forms before travel to the office. The customer gets access to this in Flowscape's mobile app, web app, Outlook plugin, kiosk screen app and an analytics portal.

The offices together comprise 900 workplaces, of which 300 will be bookable, and 30 meeting rooms.
