Flowscapes grows in France
A large multinational North American technology company has chosen Flowscape's smart office solution for their Paris office. The order value the first year is 550,000 SEK and thereafter 200,000 SEK annually

The customer is moving to a new office and an important driver has been to create an efficient workday for the employees. They wanted to find an innovative and modern solution that enhance the workplace experience in their modern and flexible office. The ability to measure and understand the office utilization is of great importance.
Flowscape will install room panels, room booking and desk management solutions with sensors applied in all rooms and desks. Several kiosk screens will be available so that both guests and employees can easily find available resources. Flowscapes solution for drop-in rooms are used to visualize if the room is available or not. Both rooms, desks and important office resources are visualized on Flowscape's interactive map, Flowmap, that can be reached on mobile phones, laptops and kiosk screens. The solution also include Flowscape´s powerful statistic portal for analysing the use of both meeting rooms and workplaces in addition the system can create daily reports on used desks and rooms that needs to be cleaned.
