Large Flowscape customer continues global rollout

A large global company continues the rollout of Flowscape's smart office solution. This customer installation today comprises more than 65,000 bookable work desks and 7,800 meeting rooms in 47 countries. This additional order for the increased number of user licenses and installation services reaches SEK 1,1 million (110,000 euro) during the first year.

“With more than 65,000 bookable work desks and 7,800 meeting rooms, this customer installation is probably the most comprehensive in the world. This prove that the Flowscape system is able to handle very large installations in an efficient way, in this case with 3D-office maps for 135 buildings and a very large number of users. Many of the offices also have smart sensors and indoor positioning solutions installed for additional functionality and capturing of utilisation data. As the customer opens more offices, and the number of users increases, we expect more orders for user licenses.” says Peter Reigo, CEO and founder.

The customer has a global policy to approve homework up to half of the working time. The offices will need to be adapted to more collaboration work, creative work and social interaction. This change leads to higher demands on accurate usage data and how the offices can be optimized for the new working methods. Individual workplaces will needs to be bookable but less in numbers,  while the collaboration areas will increase. Increased flexibility is also required, one office space can one day be used for individual work and the next day for a workshop. To make this work, modern digital solutions are required. Flowscape's smart workplace and room booking solution is designed to handle the new requirements in the new hybrid way of working.
