Large North American Company Expands Flowscape Installation
A large global consulting company is expanding with Flowscape's smart USB sensors in three major North American offices, including its global headquarters. The goal is to obtain accurate office utilization data and support their employees with smart solutions for desk management. The order value in the first year is SEK 2.2 million, and thereafter SEK 442 thousand recurring annually.

The customer chose Flowscape because they know that we best support their employees in the hybrid way of working, while simultaneously providing the company with accurate and indisputable utilization data from the sensors. This customer expects employees to be in the office at least three days a week, one of which should be Monday or Friday. With Flowscape's advanced permission settings for booking rooms, desks, and parking spaces, the company can create a rule framework to support a flexible way of working and also achieve more even occupancy at the office throughout the week. Our selection of sensors provides significantly more detailed utilization data than access systems or booking data and serves as the best basis for office right-sizing decisions.
This customer optimizes their entire office portfolio with the help of their Flowscape installation. Among other things, offices are closed, offices are merged, and they will also start closing down certain floors on specific weekdays if occupancy becomes too low.
