In accordance with Section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, it is hereby disclosed that Freetrailer Group A/S received notification on 2 January 2025 regarding changes to Mikael Bartroff’s voting rights associated with shares in the company during the period 27–30 December 2024.
Following the transaction, Mikael Bartroff now controls voting rights linked to 936,071 shares, equivalent to 9.78% of the total voting rights in Freetrailer Group A/S.
