When an existing partner chooses to expand its fleet by almost 20%, it reflects both high customer satisfaction and documented business value. By growing the fleet to 722 trailers and introducing mesh trailers, we are increasing availability for users while further strengthening our shared presence in the market

Our growth continues, and our fleet of rental products has increased by 23.7% over the past year while we have simultaneously increased the number of bookings. During June, we prioritised a significant acceleration of the rollout of new trailers, and the number of trailers in production continues to grow as a result of our successful sales efforts.

The strong performance in May confirms that the peak season is now fully underway, but also that our team is ready to deliver a great user experience through a well-functioning trailer fleet, high system uptime, strong marketing engagement, and excellent support for the relatively few customers who require assistance from our customer service team.   In May, we launched a new initiative called Freetrailer on Tour, aimed at both potential and existing users, where we meet them directly at our partner locations. Q1 demonstrates the strength of our business model and our team. We delivered 26.4% revenue growth in a quarter characterized by low seasonality and severe winter weather, while at the same time making targeted investments in the future of Freetrailer. With increased focus on our users, demand remains strong, and we are entering the high season with a solid foundation. We continue to see positive trends well into the spring, confirming the strength of our model. As a result, Freetrailer raises its revenue guidance for 2026. We are delivering the strongest quarter in Freetrailer’s history with 485,628 rentals, 25.6% revenue growth, and an EBIT of DKK 13.3 million. We now have more than 900,000 users and expect to reach our milestone of 1,000,000 users by the end of December. Our solution remains the most flexible and user-friendly on the market. That is why we are growing in all five countries and significantly expanding our partner network. We make it easy to borrow, easy to operate, and easy to scale. We also see significant potential in further developing our platform. Our ‘Outdoor Media’ concept is becoming an increasingly important business area, and we expect to launch ‘Freetrailer Business’ – a new B2B solution – in the new year. The guidance for the first half of the year shows that we expect continued progress in both revenue and earnings. It strengthens our belief in the strategy and the market we operate in. We have 29 local offices across Denmark, and we rent out 7,000 privately owned holiday homes to both Danish and international guests. We have always had high expectations for the Dutch market and they are being fulfilled. The agreement with Het Goed for 58 trailers across 29 locations gives us a solid boost and builds on the momentum we have created since July. We experience that the Dutch market responds quickly, which motivates us to accelerate further. We anticipate a significant expansion of our Dutch business in the coming year.

Freetrailer is already a natural part of everyday life for thousands of people - every single day - and there is still so much more to achieve. We have the platform and the organisation to take things to the next level. We continue to follow our Mont Blanc 2027 strategy and execute every day. In Q4 24/25, Freetrailer delivered record net revenue of DKK 39.6 million, representing a 25.0% increase compared to Q4 23/24. The strong year-end finish means we are able to present results that exceed our expectations.   We are seeing strong growth in new users. The number of Freetrailer users grew to 724,023 by the end of June. With more than 75,000 new users in July and mid-August, we remain focused on reaching our goal of 1 million users on the platform by the end of 2025.   Freetrailer has had a strong start to the 2025/26 financial year. In July, we set a new rental record with 174,382 rentals (compared to 154,760 in July 2024), and for the period July to September 2025, we expect rental volumes to increase by around 15% compared to the same period in 2024.

The Freetrailer team has delivered an impressive effort over the past 12 months. Our rollout in the Netherlands has gone better than expected, and we have already passed more than 6,250 rentals across our 75 active locations. We continue to strengthen our Sales and CSM teams so we can sustain growth while ensuring a great experience for our partners. With more than 200 trailers on order across our five markets and framework agreements set to double the number of trailers in Germany in the coming 12 months, we are maintaining momentum going into the 2025/26 financial year. With a target of more than 1,000,000 verified users in our app by the end of 2025, we continue to strengthen our position as Europe’s largest mobility platform for trailer sharing.”

We have reached 1.5 million rentals over the past 12 months and set new records on both weekly and daily bases. We are pleased with the development this quarte, especially considering that it is one of the year’s quieter rental periods. The spring season is starting later this year compared to 2024, when Easter fell in March. At the same time, we have launched many new rental units – both in Sweden and in new markets such as Germany and the Netherlands.   Naturally, it takes a little time for new products and locations to reach their full potential, but we are already seeing clear signs that the impact is on its way. With more than 200 rental units ready for the Dutch market and over 300 units currently on order, we are well positioned for continued growth in the coming quarter.

We believe the initiation of the share repurchase programme marks another milestone in Freetrailer’s journey as a listed company. Being a profitable growth company has led to a significant cash position, which we are now seeking to distribute in a way that is mutually beneficial for the company and its shareholders. We will continue to evaluate and undertake attractive projects and investments, and we believe we will have the necessary resources to do so following completion of the share repurchase programme.

Our partnership with IKEA now includes over 700 trailers across 100 IKEA stores in Europe. The expansion to IKEA's Flagship Store in Delft, Netherlands, represents a significant step forward in our collaboration with IKEA. With IKEA Delft's Flagship Store, Freetrailer gains exposure to IKEA’s more than 800 franchise stores worldwide.

Six strong partners and over 100 trailers form a solid foundation for our launch in the Netherlands in 2025. The Dutch market holds significant growth potential for Freetrailer, with the number of cars equipped with tow bars comparable to Scandinavia and a total fleet of cars in the Netherlands equivalent to the combined totals of Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Additionally, the Netherlands is one of the most digitalised societies in Europe, making our self-service solution ideal for Dutch consumers seeking a simple and affordable way to rent a trailer.

In December, Freetrailer strengthened our European expansion by forming a new partnership with RataPlan in the Netherlands. The official launch is scheduled for March 2025, but we are already experiencing significant interest in the Freetrailer concept from Dutch partners and customers. Meanwhile, our Swedish sales team set a new record with 39 contracts signed in Q2 – the highest number ever achieved in a single quarter on the Swedish market. Sweden continues to offer significant growth potential, and at Freetrailer, we are committed to substantially increasing our market share in Sweden in 2025. By the end of the year, we reached 2,002 rental products in the Swedish market, marking an important milestone for Freetrailer.
