Employees and former board members of Freetrailer have exercised 18,892 warrants in Freetrailer Group A/S and received 18,892 shares with a nominal value of DKK 14,169.

The average subscription price for the 18,892 shares is 24.55 and the total purchase price is thus DKK 463,838.

The share capital is then DKK 7,178,493 with a total number of shares of 9,571,324.
