Notification from major shareholder

Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, please be informed that on 25th September 2024, Freetrailer Group A/S received information that on 25th September 2024, Kapitalforeningen Wealth Invest adjusted its voting rights attached to the shares in the company.

Kapitalforeningen Wealth Invest subsequently controls voting rights attached to 611.513 shares, corresponding to 6,4% of the total voting rights in Freetrailer Group A/S.
