Freetrailer Group A/S changes the board of directors

Freetrailer Group A/S has today changed its board of directors. Four new members join the board, and only Anders Birk retains his position. The new chairman of the board is Thomas Zeihlund, who replaces former chairman Allan Sønderskov Darré.

 

The sharing economy company, Freetrailer Group A/S, can today announce a significant change in the board of directors. Four new members are joining the board, and only one will retain his position.

 

The four new members are: Jesper Lohmann, investor and co-founder of the investment company Dico, Mikael Bartroff, founder of Papillon Holding AG and Charlotte Bender, investor and CFO. Thomas Zeihlund joins as new Chairman of the Board and is furthermore CEO of Whiteaway Group A/S. Anders Birk remains on the company's board of directors.

 

The new Chairman of the Board has more than 25 years of national and international experience within management, strategy, finance and business development, and he has also held a number of board positions throughout his professional career.
