Freetrailer Group A/S postpones the extraordinary general meeting to Wednesday, September 27, 2023

Immediately before the Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday, September 4, the company was informed that not all shareholders had received the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting via the company's register of shareholders in accordance with the company's Articles of Association.

Therefore, Freetrailer Group decided to postpone the Extraordinary General Meeting to Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 17:00-18:00.
