Getinge to showcase latest sterilization portfolio at World Federation for Hospital Sterilization Sciences Congress
Getinge, a leading global provider of innovative medical technology, today announced it’s commitment as platinum sponsor, to the 19th World Federation for Hospital Sterilization Sciences (WFHSS) Congress 2018. This event will take place in Mexico City from Oct 31st – Nov 3rd. Getinge will showcase the latest products and solutions from its comprehensive sterilization portfolio and host a lunch symposium presenting the latest development in sterilization sciences and strengthening the role of medical device reprocessing in healthcare.

Getinge Lunch Symposium and Exhibit Booth
Getinge’s lunch symposium will feature a panel of infection control experts and will take place on Thursday, November 1, 2018, from 12:30-14:00 p.m. local time. It will cover how automation, digitalization and innovation can improve processes and workflows in hospital’s central sterile services departments (CSSD).
Getinge’ exhibit booth (#400), located at the main entrance of the convention hall, will feature GSS67H, a high-capacity steam sterilizer; WD86, a washer-disinfector specifically designed to meet the challenges faced by CSSDs, clinics and practices worldwide; Stericool, a vaporized hydrogen peroxide and plasma sterilizer; and consumables.
