Johan Malmquist proposed as new Chairman of the Board for Getinge AB

Getinge’s nomination committee proposes that Johan Malmquist is elected new Chairman of the Board in conjunction to the next Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2019. Carl Bennet will continue as member of the Board and is proposed as Vice Chairman of the Board.

Johan Malmquist is since 2016 a Board member elected by the Annual General Meeting. He previously served as President & CEO for Getinge between 1997-2015.

The nomination committee consists of Carl Bennet, Carl Bennet AB, Per Colleen, Fjärde AP-fonden, Mikael Berglund, Incentive, Marianne Nilsson, Swedbank Robur Fonder and Viveka Ekberg representing the minority shareholders.
