Annual Report 2015 for Gjensidige Forsikring ASA

The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA determined the Annual Accounts and the Board's Report for 2015 in a board meeting on 9 March 2016.

 The Annual Accounts were determined without changes to the preliminary Annual Accounts published on 3 February 2016.

The Annual General Meeting is held on 7 April 2016, and the share will be listed ex dividend on 8 April 2016. The Board has proposed a total dividend of NOK 4,200 million corresponding to NOK 8.40 per share. The record date is 11 April 2016, and the dividend is paid on 19 April 2016 to shareholders as of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
