Sale of Hjelp 24 completed

Gjensidige’s sale of Hjelp24 AS to funds managed by Herkules Capital has been completed today pursuant to the agreement between the parties.

As a result of the transaction, Chief Executive of Hjelp24, Lise Westly, leaves the Group Management of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA.
