As mentioned in the Q2 report, we’ve been involved in a complex renegotiation of a major customer contract. We exhausted every opportunity to find a settlement on viable and mutually beneficial commercial terms, unfortunately without finding a solution that protects our interests. We have therefore taken decisive action to safeguard the company’s rights and submitted a lawsuit for breach of contract totaling approximately NOK 182 million and we are in the process of filing a lawsuit for IP infringements.

I am delighted to partner with IRU to promote smart driving, alongside AMAK at COP29. Here at the FIA, we know how important it is to tackle road emissions and encourage safer and more sustainable driving behavior, particularly during large-scale events like COP29. This initiative is part of the FIA’s wider commitment to create a more sustainable and inclusive future for mobility users worldwide.

We’re so proud that, for the second consecutive year, our risk intelligence into climate impact is being used at the world’s largest climate change conference to accelerate the urgent action required to drive down global emissions. Demand for ESG transparency, action and reporting is in higher demand than ever and it’s critical for fleets to access reliable driver safety and sustainability data. We’re proud to be the first in the Australian insurance industry to deliver a seamless ESG solution for fleets, making it easier to track and report on ESG impact from a mobility perspective.

Fuse Fleet is based on data analytics and technological innovation so it’s no surprise to see them become pioneers within the Australian insurance industry in terms of ESG reporting. With this new solution, Fuse Fleet takes a leading role in helping companies across the country to lower their carbon footprint and improve driver safety, all while accessing better insurance pricing.

We continue our journey of profitable growth, with a net sales of 12.2 MSEK, an increase of 123% from Q2 2023 and with an operating result of +0.1 MSEK, an increase of 10 MSEK from this time last year. Our cost saving efforts have successfully reduced operating costs by 25% from last year, down to 14 MSEK and a reduction of approximately 1 MSEK from Q1 2024. The results of these efficiency initiatives will continue to be reflected over the coming periods.

Greater Than had a strong start to 2024, with Q1 as our tenth consecutive quarter of growth, and an increased revenue of 121% from this time last year. With current trajectory we are extending our cash runway to the later part of 2025. The profitable growth is enabled by healthy unit economics, as gross margins exceed 83% for the quarter and operating results improve by MSEK 11 vs Q1 2023.

At the FIA, we know that there is no single route to sustainable mobility. The FIA Smart Driving Challenge is just one part of our wider efforts to decarbonize road transport, and empower individual drivers to make a positive impact on their local and global communities.

To date, engagement in the FIA SDC has been so inspiring, and it was incredible to see a high level of interest in the technology by prominent figures in the world of climate action at COP28.

As well as Q4 being our ninth consecutive quarter of growth, net sales for the fourth quarter of 2023 increased by 112% compared to the same period last year. With a gross margin at 82%, up from 80% last quarter, I look back at 2023 and what the team has accomplished with pleasure.
