For the third year in a row, the Knut and Ragnvi Jacobsson Family Foundation is financing a generous entrepreneurial scholarship to attend the Executive MBA programme at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. This year, the scholarship has been awarded to Anna Fritzson, founder and CEO of Zuragon Sweden AB, a company working with autonomous vehicles.

“It feels fantastic to have been awarded this scholarship, especially since our company is still in a start-up phase. All entrepreneurs should have the opportunity to participate in a programme like this. There are so many companies that fail during start-up because they can’t fully identify and understand the external factors that influence the company. Through this programme, I’ll acquire the relevant knowledge that is required besides running the business itself," says Anna Fritzson, CEO Zuragon Sweden AB.

“Anna Fritzson has been awarded this entrepreneur scholarship for her focused and innovative approach to develop products and services related to autonomous vehicles. Her impressive entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional motivation make her a thoroughly deserved recipient of this award. Her company, Zuragon, is showing growth and is profitable, and Anna has understood future needs by investing in the autonomous vehicle sector,” says Marianne Brismar, Chairman of the Board of the Knut & Ragnvi Jacobsson Family Foundation.

The Executive MBA programme is a 21-month, part-time general management programme in English. The programme is “Triple Crown”-accredited, i.e. it has received the three main international accreditations for business schools: EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA. With a dual focus on the Nordic region and Asia, participants acquire the knowledge and tools to handle increased business responsibilities in a globalized market. Each programme focuses on a specific topic and both hard and soft skills are developed. The programme also includes two separate 8-day residencies at elite universities in China and India.
