Changes in Hoist Finance Executive Management Team
Emanuele Reale, currently Chief Sales Officer and member of the Executive Management Team in Hoist Finance, will from 18 March 2019 assume the role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Emanuele has twentyfive years of experience in the Credit Management Services industry and has previously held the role as Head of Operations in Hoist Finance’s Italian business unit.
Björn Hoffmeyer, former COO and member of Hoist Finance Executive Management Team is released from his obligations in Hoist Finance.
As operational improvements is a key priority, Yngve Ralph has been appointed Head of Strategy & CEO Projects and will join Hoist Finance during the spring, Our strategy is to become the most effective and efficient operator in the industry, and Yngve will lead the transformation program, and in that capacity report to CEO Klaus-Anders Nysteen.
- With Emanuele’s solid experience from European collections industry, including several key positions in Hoist Finance, together with Yngve’s experience from leading large transformation programs in international companies, most recently at Munters Group, Hoist Finance is significantly strengthening the execution capacity to deliver on our performance targets, says CEO Klaus-Anders Nysteen.
At the same time, Hoist Finance has created two centers of excellence, one for Secured assets and one for Unsecured assets. Clemente Reale, Country Manager of Italy, will take charge of our center of excellence for Secured Non Performing Loans, while Julian Winfield, Country Manager of UK, will lead the work for the Unsecured collections. The purpose of these two centers of excellence is to ensure that the company harmonizes and standardizes processes across markets and share best practices in an efficient way.
Fabien Klecha, currently Country Manager for France, will in addition to his current role, from 18 March 2019, assume the role as Chief Sales Officer and become part of Hoist Finance Executive Management team. Fabien has a background within the finance industry and has been part of develop AgroGeneration from a start up to be listed at the stock exchange. He joined Hoist Finance Investment team in 2012 and during his past five years as Country Manager, Fabien has successfully expanded the asset classes in Hoist Finance French business.
