Swedbank Robur has been represented on Hoist Finance’s Nomination Committee for the AGM 2022 since October 2021. Hoist Finance has entered into an agreement with Alpha Bank to acquire a Greek portfolio of non-performing loans, compromising of unsecured consumer loans and a minor part small enterprise loans and secured loans. Hoist Finance announces changes to Executive Management

Hoist Finance is making changes in the roles of the Executive Management Team.Fabien Klecha will assume the role as Chief Investment Officer. Fabien Klecha has been with Hoist Finance since 2012 and is currently Head of Secured Assets and is a member of the Executive Management Team. He has previously held the positions as Investment Manager as well as Country Manager for France. Fabien Klecha succeeds Stephan Ohlmeyer who is leaving Hoist. Hoist Finance provisions for tax risk and provides Q2 update

Due to recent correspondence with the Swedish Tax Agency concerning an ongoing tax audit regarding cross-jurisdictional allocation of profits, Hoist Finance has decided to provision for a potential tax risk. Ahead of the Annual General Meeting held on 16 May 2019 the Nomination Committee of Hoist Finance has decided to propose Robert Kraal and Lars Wollung as new directors of the Board in Hoist Finance. Hoist Finance acquires non-performing loans from Polish company GetBack

As communicated to the market, Hoist Finance has submitted an offer to acquire assets held by Polish debt management and collection company GetBack. Hoist Finance has now entered into an agreement to acquire assets at a value up to approximately PLN 400m. More than 95% of the assets are comprised of non-performing unsecured consumer loans; a minor part includes secured consumer and SME loans. As communicated to the market on 7th of November 2018, Hoist Finance has been in discussions to acquire assets held by the Polish debt management and collection company GetBack. In May 2018 the District Court in Wrocław announced that it had initiated a restructuring process for the Polish debt management and collection company GetBack. Hoist Finance has submitted an offer to acquire assets held by GetBack at a value in excess of PLN 1bn (the "Offer").
