Hoist Finance wins award for best annual report in NASDAQ OMX Mid Cap
Hoist Finance has been awarded for its 2015 annual report in the annual competition for the “Best Annual Report” arranged by FAR, Nasdaq, SFF and Sveriges Kommunikatörer. The award-winning report was announced at Finforum’s conference at Nasdaq in Stockholm on 22 November.
Hoist Finance annual report has been chosen as winner in comparison with all companies on the Nasdaq OMX stock exchange’s Mid Cap List. The jury’s motivation for the award was as follows: “Hoist Finance AB is a newly listed company that succeeds in describing their business, their goals, their strategies and their markets in a very good and informative section.” The jury also noted that “the graphics of the annual report that are equally stylish, educational and humorous. The company presents no sustainability report but instead has a longer section regarding ethics, which gives extra credit.”

The competition, which has been held annually since 1965, aims to stimulate companies to improve and develop their external information. The jury has examined the annual reports from all listed companies on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. The competition is divided into three classes based on the stock exchange lists, i.e. Small, Mid and Large Cap. This year, the jury consisted of the following persons: Nils Liliedahl, jury chairman, Anders Haskel, independent analyst and journalist, Pontus Herin, journalist, and Annica Gerentz, Director of Communications, Södra.
