Hufvudstaden has signed a lease agreement with IT company Iver for a 2,750-sqm office space in Femman, Nordstan. Occupancy will start after summer 2022. With this agreement, Hufvudstaden has now rented a total of 6,800 sqm in Femman in the past three months.

Iver is a leading Nordic provider of cloud-based IT services and has a total of around 1,400 employees in Sweden and Norway. Iver’s 160 Gothenburg employees will move into their new offices in Femman after the summer.

“Our focus has been to find a modern, flexible space in the best possible location. Femman gives us proximity to all the city’s communication links and all conceivable services just by taking the lift down to the Nordstan shopping centre. In addition, we have premises that can be readily adapted to Iver’s operational needs,” says Jakob Tapper, Marketing and Communication Manager at Iver.

Hufvudstaden has completed a major renovation of the office premises in Femman, and tenant adaptations being made with Iver are now underway.

“I’d like to warmly welcome Iver to Femman and Hufvudstaden. We’re currently seeing considerable interest in our centrally located premises. It’s clear that an attractive location, which makes daily life easier for employees, is even more relevant in the context of encouraging employees to return to the office in the wake of the pandemic,” says Fredrik Ottosson, Head of Business Area Gothenburg, Hufvudstaden.
