Hufvudstaden welcomes THE WORKS to Klarabergsgatan 60 in Stockholm

Hufvudstaden has signed an agreement with THE WORKS regarding a 2,500-square-metre premises in the Orgelpipan 7 building at Klarabergsgatan 60 in Stockholm.

Established in 2018, THE WORKS specialises in cost-effective co-working in properties that are under development. While the Orgelpipan property is being reviewed for planned renovations and additions, THE WORKS will provide co-working space during the design phase of the project.

“We’re delighted to have signed an agreement with Hufvudstaden, which owns beautiful and centrally located properties in Stockholm. Orgelpipan 7 has a fantastic location right next to Stockholm Central Station – a highly sought after location among our co-working customers,” says Andreas Broryd, CEO and founder of THE WORKS.

The Klarabergsgatan co-working concept will offer flexible office solutions, where companies can choose between renting separate offices or their own suites in spaces where they share common areas such as kitchens, meeting rooms and lounges. THE WORKS will take over the premises on 1st April and plans to open in the beginning of May.
