Hufvudstaden has signed an agreement with THE WORKS regarding a 2,500-square-metre premises in the Orgelpipan 7 building at Klarabergsgatan 60 in Stockholm.Established in 2018, THE WORKS specialises in cost-effective co-working in properties that are under development.
