Hufvudstaden welcomes Cirio to Vildmannen 7

Hufvudstaden has closed leases with its first tenant for the Vildmannen 7 property in Bibliotekstan. The Cirio law firm will move in to premises of about 2,200 square metres at Biblioteksgatan 9 by summer 2023.The rebuilding of Vildmannen 7, which was destroyed by fire, is in full swing and a completely new building is emerging inside the 120-year-old stone facade.
