    Underwater concreting to begin the construction phase of Vildmannen 7

    Foundation work is currently ongoing behind the preserved stone facade of Vildmannen 7 in Bibliotekstan. This marks the launch of the construction phase in which a new building will be erected, ready to welcome its new tenants in 2023.Vildmannen 7, situated where Biblioteksgatan crosses Jakobsbergsgatan, suffered extensive fire damage in 2017. Following the preparation of a new local plan, a complex demolition of the fire-damaged building and the excavation of a new basement, it is time to pour a new foundation.
