Humana Assistans has today submitted a request for damage claim at the District Court of Stockholm, as the next step in the process of to have the right for compensation examined for for parts of the economic damages that Humana Assistans suffered due to the incorrect decision by IVO on January 31st, 2023, to revoke Humana Assistans’ permit. In the request for damage claim Humana Assistans plead that the government should reimburse Humana Assistans with SEK 225.5 million for client losses and SEK 14m for legal expenses connected with the process in the Administrative Court.

The company assesses that the District Court process will take approximately 18 months, but it might last longer.
