Investment in Min Doktor completed
ICA Gruppen, through Apotek Hjärtat, has completed its investment in 42% of the shares in Min Doktor, in accordance with the agreement communicated on 13 September 2018.The acquisition was contingent upon the fulfilment of customary terms and regulatory approval. All terms have now been met. ICA Gruppen’s investment in Min Doktor consists of a cash capital contribution of SEK 335 million plus ICA Gruppen’s other contributions, including the Minutkliniken business, which is valued at SEK 225 million.
