FUN, FASHION AND FAMOUS FACES TO MARK THE MALL’S LAUNCH
This Saturday (September 24th) will see the much anticipated official launch of The Mall Blackburn!
The day will be a thrilling celebration of the completion of the stunning £66m development which was finalised after the £8m Blackburn Market moved into the lower level of The Mall earlier this year.
Five fun packed fashion shows will feature glitz, glamour and all the latest clothing and accessories and will star Mall Model competition winners Matthew Regan from Preston, Ali Afzal from Blackburn, Jessica and Jenette Ingham from Burnley, Ibrahim Zafar and Margaret Golding from Blackburn
