IFS to support global expansion of Spanish industrial group Goizper
IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that Goizper S. Coop, a leading industrial group in Spain, has chosen to deploy IFS Applications™ 8 to support its project-based business plan and global expansion. The solution will initially be implemented for 280 users at sites in Spain and France.
The Goizper group focuses on industrial manufacturing of power transmission and automation solutions, hand sprayers and dusters, as well as production of biocides. The company is in a phase of strong international growth, focusing especially on China, Brazil, Eastern Europe, and Mexico.
To support its project-based business and rapid global growth, Goizper needed a scalable ERP solution that could support the entire value chain; from production and distribution to sales and finance. After a rigorous evaluation process involving vendors such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and UNIT4 Agresso, Goizper selected IFS.
