Farmasiet optimizes transport operations with the delivery experience platform Ingrid

Farmasiet, Norway's largest online pharmacy, partners with the experience delivery platform Ingrid to streamline transport management, reduce logistical costs, and ensure each customer receives their pharmaceutical orders securely and quickly.

Digitally-native Farmasiet has established itself as a tech-driven pioneer in Norway's pharmaceutical space, successfully challenging the three major Norwegian pharmacy chains that primarily focus on physical retail stores. Since its inception in 2014, Farmasiet has experienced a significant growth, with sales reaching well over half a billion Norwegian crowns in 2023. Focusing on finding the best solutions for customers has allowed them to attract hundreds of thousands of new customers in the past few years.
