Insr: Third quarter 2021 results – Entered into Portfolio Agreements in August and on track to return insurance license

Oslo, November 17th, 2021  Insr Insurance Group ASA (OSE: INSR) announces results for third quarter 2021.   A presentation of the result will take place today at 08:30 CET - see details below.   As presented in the Q2 report, on the 14th of August 2021, Insr signed two agreements with DARAG Deutschland AG. The first agreement, the LPT (Loss portfolio transfer) makes DARAG the reinsurer of all insurance risk in Insr from the 1st of April 2021. The second agreement, the PTA (Portfolio Transfer agreement), describes the transfer of all remaining risk related to the insurance business

Insr announces Loss Portfolio Agreement with DARAG Germany

Release Date: 14[th] of August 2021 Insr Insurance ASA (“Insr”), today announces, that following a competitive process, the company has signed a Loss Portfolio Transfer (“LPT”) followed by a Portfolio Transfer (“PTA”) with DARAG Deutschland AG (“DARAG”), the German carrier of the DARAG Group, a leading legacy acquirer. In the Q1 report, it was communicated that the outcome of the ongoing strategic review within Insr was expected to be presented before the end of Q2. Insr Insurance Group ASA ("Insr"), has received a letter from the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (the "NFSA") in which the NFSA refers to the plan for a complete transfer of the Insr insurance business by the end of 2021 presented to the NFSA on September 9, 2020. Insr : Trading update

Oslo, December 16th, 2020  Insr Insurance Group ASA updates on its insurance wind-down process and financial outlook.  As previously communicated, Insr is in the process of exiting the insurance business, which has been the company’s main activity.
